Eliza advises clients on the complexities of government programs, including the interpretation, application, and operationalization of government rules, regulations, and policies governing the calculation of government pricing metrics. Further, Eliza advises clients on pricing methodology definition and analysis, data validation and reconciliation, policy and procedure development, methodology operationalization, operations analysis, process improvement, gross-to-net assessment and analysis, merger and acquisition harmonization, due diligence, and system implementation support. Eliza’s experience includes serving as an Independent Review Organization (IRO) provider, managing compliance and risk assessments, and designing and implementing compliance testing protocols driven by Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIAs) related to government programs.
