The nonprofit rate is reserved for 501(c)(3) organizations and similar entities that serve the community. All health plans, regardless if they are for-profit or nonprofit, are considered under the health plan umbrella for registrations.

The solution provider rate is for all organizations that are not a health plan, a non-profit, or a government organization.
