Tracy received her master’s degree from the University of Connecticut as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. Tracy spent 6 years providing care to patients within the critical care setting. She has 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry in various roles that interacted with Health Care Providers, Payors, specialty pharmacy, patients/caregivers and patient advocacy groups. In her current role, she has been able to apply her industry experience and healthcare knowledge to identify ways to amplify the patient/caregiver voice raising the awareness of rare diseases. Tracy’s work in conjunction with Casimir has led to the publication “The Case for the Use of Patient and Caregiver Perception of Change Assessments in Rare Disease Clinical Trials: A Methodologic Overview” in Adv Ther 2019.
