Project Lead (Medical devices joint assessments of Notified Bodies) at European Commission

Máiréad Finucane is the project lead for the joint assessment process of notified bodies (medical devices) within SANTE F of the European Commission. She is also co-chair of the MDCG-NBO working group on Notified Bodies at European level. Máiréad has over 22 years extensive experience in a variety of roles in the field of medical device regulation gained through her work with the European Commission, the Irish Competent Authority for medical devices (HPRA) and within the medical devices industry.
