Ex. Manager - Head of Monitoring and Prediction center at NOMAC

Hiba is the head of Monitoring and prediction center in NOMAC - First National and Operations Maintenance, a fully owned company by ACWA Power since Mid of 2020. She leads a team of 8 people distributed in 2 Centers, one in KSA and the other in Dubai, along with offshore teams to proactively monitor Acwa power fleet from reliability and performance aspects ( conventional Thermal and CCGT, CSP and Desalination plants), using machine learning and first principal physic modeling approach.

Previously worked in GE Power Digital as Sr Technical Product Manager for the EMEA region for Asset Performance Monitoring for 3.5 years.

Prior to moving to Dubai in 2015 with her family, she was working as Senior Research and Development Engineer for aeronautical industries in Dassault Systems France for almost 10 years.

Hiba Holds Masters of Engineering in Controls and Automation, and a research Masters of science in Mechatronics.
