Jauad El Kharraz

Dr. Jauad is the Executive Director of the Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RCREEE), an intergovernmental organization with diplomatic status based in Cairo with 17 Arab countries onboard, focusing on renewable energy and energy efficiency as well as promoting the investment of the private sector and the green. He has been working as a senior expert and advisor for several international institutions. Dr. El Kharraz has been Director of Research at the Middle East Desalination Research Center, Oman (2015-2020). He has been projects manager at EMWIS (2004-2015) in France and researcher at the university of Valencia (1998-2003).
