Mr Maytham Al-Elg is the Localization Strategy & Channel Partners Director in Baker Hughes Company in the MENAT region. With more than 18 years experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy sectors, he brings a wide range of background in managing local content strategies, sales & commercial, projects, operations and business development focusing on helping organizations across energy, Oil & Gas (Upstream to Downstream), Power, Petrochemicals, Manufacturing, and Utilities.

In his current role as Localization Strategy Director, Maytham is helping to shape the steps for the organization to establish a successful business presence which stand strong to support the region ambitions in developing a stronger local ecosystem for the energy sectors. He had helped many international organizations to start a local footprint within the region to support the overall supply chains ecosystem.

Maytham hold a master degree of Business Administration, from the University of Northampton in the UK and a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME), from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia.
