Mike has worked in events and hospitality for over 20 years, starting out as a caterer and progressing through health and safety, site and production management, working in both agency and client roles. Over the years he has helped to deliver a live theater production for over a million spectators on the streets of London, built a race track in Saudi Arabia and closed Sheikh Zayed Road multiple times, most recently for the 180,000 participants of Dubai Run.

Mike is currently Director of Business Operations at LINKVIVA with responsibility for their project management, IP, marketing, and sponsorship teams.
