Pierre is a Senior Manager with MNP’s Real Estate and Construction Property Tax Services team in Ottawa. Drawing on more than three decades of experience and a strong track record in the real estate industry, Pierre is a trusted advisor delivering innovative real estate and property tax solutions to his clients for enhanced success and significant bottom-line results.

Pierre combines a dynamic approach with an in-depth understanding of property management, leasing, assessment, tax and valuation in his role. He is an expert witness in matters involving real estate valuation and property tax as well as tenant-landlord disputes, with a background in reviewing everything from retail leases to complex lease arrangements involving Crown corporations.
