Sylvain Leclair

Sylvain Leclair is Executive Vice President, Quebec for the Research, Evaluation and Advisory business unit at Altus Group - Montréal office. He has an administration degree, option real estate valuation from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM). He is an accredited member of the “Ordre des évaluateurs agrees du Québec” (OEAQ). Also member of the advisory committee of Altus Group.

For more than 30 years, Sylvain has worked in the real estate appraisal field and has been active with the OEAQ as a training teacher on the evaluation of office buildings and commercial leases, editor of the Professional Standards and member of the Professional Inspection Committee.

He has worked in most areas of real estate. He now focuses most of his expertise in property tax assessment and management for income properties.
