Caroline is a creative, avisionaty leader and a result-driven executive with significant management experience in a fast paced and complex business environment. Over the years, she has built a track record of successes, while working collaboratively and forging buy-in among a wide range of stakeholders to position business strategies and deliver on corporate objectives.
She ensures to stay abreast of emerging industry and market trends and knows how to surrounded herself with a team of experts who are committed to her vision.
Before setting up his strategic consulting firm, Caroline was Vice President, Communications and Marketing, at Cominar from 2017 to 2020. In this capacity, she was responsible for overall communications and marketing planning. This included positioning the company’s brand and establishing strategies to promote Cominar and its real estate portfolio.
Before joining Cominar, Caroline spent five years as the head of communications and marketing at Groupe Robert, a leading provider of transportation, logistics and distribution solutions.
In addition, until 2011, she directed communications and marketing for Ivanhoe Cambridge's entire real estate portfolio for over 10 years.
Caroline is actively involved in the business and real estate communities and currently is a Board member of CREW M. She also serves on the boards of the Fondation de la mode de Montréal and the Women’s Centre of Montreal, an organization dedicated to helping women help themselves.
