Margette Hepfner is President of Housing at Bilt, the unified resident experience platform that connects leasing, living and neighborhood engagement to drive retention and NOI. Bilt operates the nation’s largest resident commerce network, turning rent and mortgage payments into points redeemable for travel, fitness, dining, pharmacy, and home down payments across more than 5.5 million homes and over 45,000 merchants. With over 25 years of multifamily experience, including serving as COO of Willow Bridge Property Company overseeing 227,000 apartment homes, Margette has a proven track record of scaling businesses and driving innovation. She serves on the RETTC Steering Committee and NMHC PAC Committee, and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Business Administration from University of Texas at Dallas.
