The most overused words in meetings today are innovation and design thinking, At FUSE 2015 I can’t wait to present. I’d define my personal style as professional, curious, and provocative. My tools of the trade are empathy, focus and collaboration. The biggest thing that has changed since I started in the industry is the evolution from design as a service to design as a strategy. I’m happiest when I’m dreaming. I lead by transparency I wish I could have 48 hours in a day. I’m proud of our talented and passionate 3M global design team. You can usually find me happy and creative in the kitchen. The last stamp on my passport was Amsterdam. The next stamp on my passport is the Dominican Republic. When I look back on my career I reflect on the richness and value of the journey. I still hope to stay young (in mind) forever. | |
