Koppert Biological Systems

Koppert Biological Systems produces sustainable cultivation solutions for food crops, vegetables and ornamental plants. Together with growers and in partnership with nature, we work to make agriculture healthier, safer, more productive and resilient. We achieve this by using natural enemies to combat pest infestations, bumblebees for natural pollination, and biostimulants that support and strengthen the crops both above and underground. Restoring and protecting vital ecosystems in a natural way is the basis for healthy crops and a balanced environment.

Koppert Biological Systems was founded in 1967 and is headquartered in the Netherlands. In the course of more than half a century of development, Koppert has made great contributions to the sustainable development of the world's agriculture and horticulture through continuous research and production of beneficial organisms, and known for its reliability, innovation and quality. It is well-known as the world's largest producer and marketer of beneficial insects and bumblebees, as well as a specialized enterprise that produces a variety of biological control products in a mass manufacturing scale. By 2018, subsidiaries have been established in 35 countries including China, the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Turkey, the United States, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand and South Korea, working with partners to provide biological control knowledge, experience and solutions to more than 120 countries.

Add our quality know-how and consultancy services to this and you will understand why an increasing number of growers regards us as a partner with whom they can realize their ambitions.
