Member of CRCPD E-45 and E-42 committee addressing TENORM in the oil and gas industry.

Took the lead in adopting CRCPD Suggested State Regulations Part N to address TENORM issues in North Dakota.

Dale has more than 30 years experience as a Radiation Safety Officer and Director of Safety.  He has also served as a private consultant addressing health issues in the upper Midwest 

Dale is the Governors representative to the Council of State Governments Midwest Radioactive Materials Transportation Committee and Commissioner for the State of North Dakota on the Southwestern Low-Level Radioactive Waste Commission.

Dale loves the outdoors while hunting and fishing and officiating Baseball and Football.  He has served as Treasurer for 8 years for the ND Wildlife Federation managing more than three million dollars.
