Dr. Eng. Allan Romário de Paula Dias: Allan R. P. Dias is a doctor in Materials Engineering with a metallurgy and non-destructive test background. He has worked at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) in partnership with The Welding Institute (TWI) during his post-graduate studies. Allan has taken part in industrial research projects for over 6 years focused on NDT sensors design and numerical simulation for the offshore industry.
