Erik Opheim Rognøy has a BSc in Petroleum Technology from Stavanger University College. He has 16 years’ experience in the offshore energy business, mainly within SURF projects. Erik currently holds the position as Lead Project Engineer at DeepOcean AS, where he has been employed since 2017. Project experience includes installation of static & dynamic umbilicals and flowlines including risers, subsea structures, and rigid & flexible spools, as well as tie-in, PCO/RFO, and decommissioning.
