Will is the Head of Governance and Reporting for Operational Resilience at M&G plc. He has broad and deep experience in resilience in financial services, with particular focus on Investment and Asset Management businesses. Before joining M&G he held resilience consulting roles at EY which including time developing and leading resilience programmes for major financial services firms, working with UK regulators on policy and supervision of resilience topics, and a number of high-profile post incident reviews and regulatory-drive reviews (incl. s166s).
