Gerard is the UK Investment Bank Head of Service Management at Credit Suisse, with over 16 years’ experience in outsourcing from a service provider, consulting and for the last 8 years’ service receiver basis across banking and IT industries. He has global experience having previously worked in the US, APAC and in mainland Europe as well as in the UK with particular focus on emerging regulatory trends on internal and external outsourcing and operational continuity. He designed and is now operationally responsible for the UK Investment Bank Service Management Framework which provides PRA/FA Outsourcing Rulebook and Bank of England Operational Continuity in Resolution compliance. He is also currently leading the UK response for EBA Outsourcing Guidelines.
