Allan Dickner is Senior Packaging Manager globally at IKEA, where he works since 1987. Today he manages innovation activities in the packaging area, including environmental policy, automation, new packaging materials, packaging sustainability and environmental labelling, supporting all markets in the implementation of strategies involving these issues.

During the years by IKEA, Allan has had different positions within IKEA, all related to packaging & logistics. Allan has several boards positions: ISTA Europe, IFP(RISE).

Allan has a Master in Packaging & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lund.
