Ayesha Azam

Vice President, Medical Affairs at PAN Foundation

Ms. Azam manages the clinical parameters of all assistance programs at the Patient Access Network (PAN) Foundation and oversees product development. She fosters working relationships with healthcare providers and pharmacists, who enroll patients in PAN programs.

Prior to joining the PAN Foundation, Ms. Azam worked at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation on a prior authorization solution and a genetic testing program. Ms. Azam has a Master of Science degree in Health Informatics Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and holds a lean six sigma certification at the green belt level.
