Emily is currently Sr. Director Public Policy at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). She also serves as the President of the GSK and ViiV Healthcare Patient Access Foundation and oversees charitable patient assistance programs and reimbursement support programs across the company’s portfolio in respiratory, immunology, vaccines, oncology, and HIV. Additionally, she leads Federal Public Policy and advocacy strategies to educate government officials on the role that pharmaceuticals and vaccines play in reducing overall health care costs and improving health in communities.
Emily is passionate about improving access to high quality care for vulnerable populations and people with chronic conditions in the U.S. and abroad. She holds a B.A. in Government and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a M.A. in Corporate and Public Communication from Seton Hall University. Emily is the mom of three energetic children, and enjoys going to the beach, reading, playing tennis, and traveling in her spare time.
