Jacob Foster is the Principal Assistant Chief in the Health Care Fraud Unit of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division, Fraud Section, where he supervises over 80 white collar prosecutors in fraud cases across the country that involve the health care industry. Jacob also helps develop and supervise the Health Care Fraud Unit’s corporate enforcement policies. Jacob previously was the Assistant Chief of the Health Care Fraud Unit’s National Rapid Response Strike Force, the Assistant Chief of the Newark Strike Force, and a Trial Attorney in the Detroit Strike Force. Jacob is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law and served as a law clerk on the Constitutional Court and Supreme Court of Appeal of South Africa
