Kevin Hagan

Kevin L. Hagan brings over 25 years of executive leadership and management experience in national and global nonprofits, government, and the private sector to the PAN Foundation. As chief executive officer (CEO), Kevin leads the PAN Foundation’s strategy and oversees the organization’s growing safety net programs and advocacy initiatives. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Kevin served as the founder, executive chairman, and CEO of Thrive Impact from 2018-2021, a consulting firm that helps nonprofit organizations by supporting their leadership teams in the areas of organizational strategy, leadership and governance, and revenue diversification.

Kevin is also active on the board of directors for multiple nonprofit organizations and universities. He currently serves as board chair of RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association and as a director of the American Association of Mediators and the Mercer University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Alumni Board. He previously served on the board of directors for the National Health Council, World Neighbors, and the Academy of Hope Public Charter School.
