Before joining Lash Group, Mr. Wells had the opportunity to serve in various roles at 3 Fortune 500 companies where he gained extensive leadership experience in all operational aspects of sales, service, marketing, supply chain, and finance functions. He received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA, and a Certificate in Biomedical Engineering from Oxford University in Oxford, England. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
