Vipin is a Manager with ZS’s Digital And Connected Health Practice and specializes in Analytics and Data Science. He has been focusing on helping clients build customer centric marketing and engagement services, build operating models to support data-driven execution with the aim of improving end-customer experience.

Vipin has 10+ years of consulting experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has been with ZS for 8 years delivering projects in patient & HCP omni-channel engagement strategy and implementation. Vipin also has vast experience on adjacent issue areas such as – marketing budget allocation, ROI / Impact assessment, sales force planning, organization design and business intelligence. As a part of the data science innovation lab, Vipin has worked with clients to solve novel business problems experimentally such as – analyzing organizational feedback data, help enforcement drug counterfeiting detection, procurement data analysis, analyzing PMR data using NLP etc.
