Terry Milton has been in the Pharma industry for over 20 years, holding several different roles in the Payor, Reimbursement and Access area.  From 2015 to 2018 Terry built Lilly’s first ever Biomedicines Field Reimbursement Team, in that assignment he coached and lead a team of non-promotional Reimbursement Managers, while also making sure that there was an alignment to Lilly’s hub services with a key focus on patients.  Terry has had the opportunity to develop, coach and led, teams in every Pharma payor sector along with build reimbursement teams. In 2018, Terry became a Director in the US Ethics and Compliance Team at Eli Lilly and Company, where he currently focuses on access and reimbursement issues for Corporate and Strategic Accounts along with Customer Support Programs.  Prior to joining Lilly, Terry worked for the State of Michigan Attorney General’s Office where he focused on Healthcare Fraud and Corrections Law.
