This workshop will aim to lead participants through this regulatory maze and tsunami with a view to helping them understand how it will affect their own institutions and those they serve. The work shop will provide:

  • An overview of all the different pieces of legislation and regulation touching payments
  • An indication of how these parts are moving, the timelines, overlaps, and steps to implementation
  • The changes being made by PSD2
  • A focussed session on PSD2’s new TPP (third party provider) regime – account information and payment initiation services
  • A second focussed session on PSD2’s security framework and the related EBA Guidelines
  • In interactive format, a discussion around the impact of these changes on banks, other PSPs and third parties
  • Steps to implement change, through systems, processes or documentation.

This workshop will help you develop a strategic approach to compliance with all this new regulation.
