Dina Buse is holding the position of the Deputy Director of the Department- Head of the Unit responsible for credit institution and payment policy at the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Latvia. 

She has experience of 14 years in innovation and SMEs support programmes, financial engineering instruments. For the last 6 years, she is working with the development of financial sector regulation, with one of the competence fields of payment services.
