Bojana Ignjatovic is a Partner based in the London office of RBB Economics. She has over ten years¹ experience as an expert in competition economics. Prior to joining RBB in 2007, Bojana worked as the Deputy Head of Merger Economics at the OFT. Bojana has published and spoken widely on competition policy and industrial economics. She has also run training seminars for competition and regulatory agencies, and lectured for the Postgraduate Diploma/Masters in Economics for Competition Law at Kings College, London. Bojana holds an undergraduate degree from Balliol College, University of Oxford, and an MSc in Economics from Birkbeck College, University of London.

Bojana has extensive experience advising on merger cases, in both private and public practice, across a wide range of horizontal, vertical and conglomerate transactions. She has particular expertise in the application of quantitative techniques in the assessment of horizontal mergers. Bojana has also represented clients on a range of antitrust matters, in relation to horizontal agreements, abuse of dominance and market investigations. She has advised clients across a range of jurisdictions, including the EU, UK, South Africa, Australia, Austria, Germany, Slovenia and Switzerland.

Bojana has experience in competition law investigations spanning virtually all sectors of the economy including fast moving consumer goods, retail, newspaper and magazine publishing, mobile telephony, commodities, pharmaceuticals, petrol retailing and distribution, transport, insurance, and financial services. She has worked for clients including T-Mobile, BHP Billiton, Mittal, Panalpina, the Go Ahead Group, Hearst, DCC Energy, Seiko Epson Corporation, BBC and Alliance UniChem
