Leo FlynnLegal Adviser at European Commission
Leo Flynn is a Legal Adviser at the European Commission. During 8 years in the AIDES team he has been agent for the Commission in over 100 cases involving State aid. He has been particularly involved in questions concerning State aid to banks. Prior to joining the Commission, he was a référendaire at the Court of Justice for 5 years, from 1997 to 2002. He previously worked at King's College, London, where he is currently a visiting Professor.
