Karen is a global marketing professional with over 25 years of success in healthcare and financial services marketing, meetings and project management. Specifically, Karen has over 18 years of experience in pharmaceutical meetings and understands the necessity of creating efficiencies by streamlining and standardizing processes, identifying process improvements, and executing flawless meetings for an excellent customer experience. Karen is in her 9th year with Eli Lilly and Company and currently leads a team responsible for internal and HCP meetings in North America. Karen has previously led both the Centralized Congress Team at Lilly, as well as the Global Customer Meeting Services Team.
