Lynn has over 25 years of experience in the meetings industry. She spent 4 years at American Express Meetings & Events as a Global Strategic Account Manager. In this role, she helped clients grow adoption to their SMM program, created a strategy framework for hybrid/virtual programs and defined global negotiated savings and cost avoidance methodology. Prior to American Express, she had global responsibility for the Clinical Education & Strategic Programs division for a Clinical Research Organization where she expanded operations in Europe and Asia Pacific, implemented Cvent as the global meetings technology, and developed an innovative clinical education technology for training physicians and site staff to ensure compliance with global regulatory agencies. She also led the Corporate Meetings Division at Procter & Gamble receiving several awards from senior management based on department performance and for leading a global program that showcased global technology and brand innovation.
She has a Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University, a Certificate in Meeting Management from Meeting Professionals International and a Digital Event Strategist Certification from PCMA. Lynn is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
