Senior Director, North America Ethics & Compliance at Moderna

Cara Laurello has over 25 years of experience in the fields of Ethics & Compliance, Regulatory Affairs and Legal, predominantly in the life sciences industry. She joined Moderna in February 2022 to lead North America Ethics & Compliance, based in Massachusetts, United States. Before joining Moderna, she held several global and U.S ethics and compliance roles at Takeda/Shire, and earlier in her career served in various positions of increasing responsibility at Medtronic/Covidien. Cara earned her B.A. in Legal Studies with a minor in Business Management from Quinnipiac College.
