Daike Van de Putte is currently serving as Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Sever Life Sciences, a multinational with an extensive investment portfolio in pharmaceutical companies, R&D and clinical trials and manufacturing.

Daike has held several global and regional Ethics & Compliance functions in pharmaceutical and mech tech companies of all sizes and is well versed in advising, training and monitoring of all matters related to business compliance. She’s a firm believer in a pragmatic and inclusive approach to demonstrate that sound business ethics and running a sustainable business go hand in hand; systems and certifications are only a part of compliance, ethical code-compliant decision making is a must and an ongoing dialogue.

Daike earned her JD in Law and LL.M. in Business Law from Antwerp University and her LL.M. in European Union law from the Free University of Brussels.
