Lindsay Kim Chung is a Director of Global Compliance & Ethics, Investigations at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she manages and conducts global internal investigations involving complex legal or regulatory issues and alleged violations of company policy or procedure, and leads initiatives to enhance investigations data analytics tools and technology to better identify, monitor, analyze, report, remediate, and predict non-compliance. A champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Lindsay is also Chair of the Bristol Myers Squibb Law Department Inclusion & Diversity Committee.
Lindsay was formerly a white collar criminal defense attorney in Philadelphia, representing individuals and companies in criminal actions and government and internal investigations, and, before that, a civil litigator with a specialty in the defense of product liability and catastrophic personal injury matters. Lindsay also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Juan R. Sánchez and the Honorable Timothy R. Rice of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and to the Honorable Francis M. McDonald and the Honorable Robert I. Berdon of the Appellate Court of Connecticut.
Lindsay received her undergraduate degree in Comparative Literature from Princeton University in 2001 and a law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2005.
