Trish Barbato

Trish Barbato joined the Arthritis Society as President and CEO in 2020. Prior to her appointment, Trish served in senior executive positions in senior living, home care, mental health, long term care and the hospital sector in private, public and non-profit organizations. A graduate of the University of Waterloo, Trish is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant. She is a Founder and Director of Community Meditation and is a published author and international speaker on topics such as design thinking, innovation and leadership. Trish received the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Award for her 25+ year volunteer commitment to Big Brothers Big Sisters.
