Christine Bradshaw is a principal at Porzio, Bromberg & Newman and chair of the firm's Life Sciences Compliance and Regulatory Counseling practice group. Chrissy counsels pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies of all sizes and stages on issues related to the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the False Claims Act, the OIG Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics for Interactions with Health Care Professionals, and the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support, among others. Chrissy creates and conducts management and sales force training, and performs audits, gap analyses, and risk and readiness assessments in a variety of areas, including field sales and marketing activities and aggregate spend transparency compliance. She has drafted numerous HCP compliance manuals and compliance-related corporate policies and SOPs, particularly focused on those governing interactions with healthcare practitioners. In addition, Chrissy has extensive experience providing legal counsel and practical guidance related to global spend transparency laws and codes, including the U.S. Sunshine Act/Open Payments Program and state and local transparency and gift limitation laws. She helps companies determine the laws' applicability, manage compliance issues or failures to report, create transparency programs, and conduct assessments and audits. Chrissy has extensive experience counseling clients in all aspects of life sciences compliance and previously held the role of Senior Vice President, Transparency and Compliance Services for Porzio Life Sciences, LLC.
