Danielle Pelot, Partner in Choate’s Government Enforcement Group, counsels pharmaceutical and medical companies and industry professionals to effectively address federal and state enforcement actions, internal investigations, and related complex litigation. She works closely with clients on proactive compliance measures and risk mitigation strategies. Prior to joining Choate, Danielle was a partner at Nixon Peabody and served as a Special Assistant District Attorney for the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office. She is a graduate of Boston College Law School and Harvard.
