Emily Zarins Mason

Vice President, Compliance at Amgen

Emily Mason serves as Vice President, Worldwide Compliance and Business Ethics, responsible for overseeing Amgen’s global healthcare and privacy compliance programs.

Emily previously served as Associate General Counsel, Transactions, in Amgen’s Law Department. She was responsible for legal support for the full range of business development activities, including mergers and acquisitions, collaborations, venture capital investments, and alliance management.

Prior to joining Amgen in 2011, Emily practiced law at Covington & Burling in both New York and San Francisco.

Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.
