Andrew is currently Deputy Director for Trade, Regulation and Analysis at the Office for Life Sciences. Previous to this he worked as Delivery Manager at the Cabinet Office, responsible for delivery of the Civil Service Pension scheme.
Before joining the Civil Service, Andrew qualified as a solicitor, completing his training contract with Bond Dickinson LLP and focusing on commercial, banking and corporate law. He was also a Management Consultant at Capgemini Consulting and worked on large-scale customer experience transformation programmes in both private and public sector organisations. Before this, Andrew spent over 2 years with Dunnhumby and Tesco, working in loyalty marketing and customer and marketing insight.
