Chris Seepe is the published author of many articles published in national mainstream media as well as two books on “landlording,” housing affordability, and investing in commercial real estate. He's the nine-year past president of the Landlords Association of Durham and a retired commercial real estate broker of record. He owns and hands-on manages seven small apartment buildings totaling 71 units, and teaches a 6-Saturday course on the real-life challenges of being a residential rental housing provider in Ontario.
