Tony Bui is an condominium lawyer at Gardiner Miller Arnold LLP. As a former condo resident, Tony’s interest stemmed from his desire to tackle complex challenges while maintaining a sense of community. Condo law is a people-centric practice and he recognizes that human side of things – be it emotional, behavioural or social – are often overlooked. He prides himself on identifying the “real issues” at heart and solving those problems first and foremost. Throughout his career, he has handled hundreds of enforcement issues and successfully represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario (Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal). Though every dispute, case or issue is its own unique challenge, Tony brings a “human touch” to his work to get his clients the quick and effective outcomes they need.
