Charles Therriault holds an MBA from the University of Hartfordand a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut. He is also a CharteredFinancial Analyst charterholder. He rose to Assistant Vice President in thePrivate Placements group at Citigroup performing credit analysis on theTravelers insurance divisions’ investments. Prior responsibilities at Citigroupincluded implementing a private equity investment management and accountingplatform, and managing a portfolio analytics & performance attributiongroup. After Citigroup he joined Washington Mutual Corporation as a First VicePresident, working on mortgage-servicing rights valuation and analytics. Hethen took a position at BNY Mellon and was a Managing Director in theGovernment Solutions group managing various scale initiatives supporting theU.S. government’s financial stability programs. In 2013, Charles was appointedthe Director of the NAIC’s Securities Valuation Office.
