Blair McCreadie is a key member of the Fiera Real Estate (“FRE”) executive team and as Head of the Canadian Real Estate business, he is responsible for a $6.1B platform in Canada comprised of a full spectrum of real estate investor solutions, which includes the flagship Fiera Real Estate Core Fund LP and Fiera Real Estate Industrial Fund. Both open-ended funds are continually top quartile performers in the MSCI/RealPac Canada Quarterly Property Fund Index (“PFI”).

Blair has over 30 years of experience in all facets of real estate including valuations, financing, asset management, and investments. Prior to joining FRE, Blair spent more than 15 years involved with one of the largest and oldest open-ended pooled real estate funds in Canada. There, he served as asset and fund manager and ultimately became Head of the Canadian Real Estate business. Blair is a graduate of York University and holds an Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation.
