Charlie Deeks joined Pure Industrial in 2016 as Vice President, Investments and was promoted to Chief Investment Officer in 2020. His responsibilities include sourcing, structuring and executing investment opportunities. Charlie has over 14 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Pure Industrial he was Portfolio Manager for Manulife’s Real Estate Private Funds and earlier worked in the global investments team at Oxford Properties and in research and valuation at Altus Group. Charlie started his career in real estate appraisal at Altus Group.
