Jean-François Breton is a high-profile figure in the real estate industry, having set up the partnership and developed the renowned Quartier DIX30 commercial lifestyle centre located in Brossard, a suburb of Montreal. This project, which took more than 10 years to put together and build, proved to be a huge commercial success. After the development of a network of shops and major retailers, office space, restaurants, two hotels and two concert halls were added to complete this ambitious and evolving project. All the facets added gradually to the initial project have resulted in a vibrant and dynamic urban living environment. Lastly, the addition of a residential component of condos and rental apartments to occupy all remaining vacant space, has met with rapid and continuous growth in recent years.
