As the Vice President/Head of Global Public Affairs, Rare Diseases and Rare Blood Disorders at Sanofi, Jean-Pascal leads efforts to evolve the policy environment to ensure that people living with rare diseases have equitable access to diagnosis, innovative treatments, and care. He has nearly two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical sector in roles across public affairs, policy, market access, and health economics, and expertise in building successful stakeholder alliances and programs to advance healthcare policies in developed and emerging geographies. Jean-Pascal is a pharmacist and earned a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences (health economics & pharmacoepidemiology) from the University of Montreal.
