Adam Paul is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Trustees of First Capital REIT. As President and CEO, Adam is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of FCR. Prior to joining FCR in February 2015, Adan was a Senior Executive at Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust (CREIT) (now Choice Properties REIT), where he had direct responsibility for various aspects of CREIT’s business across Canada. Adam is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and a member of YPO.
