Vice President, Development at Morguard

Working with the development team at Morguard, Christine is responsible for new development, redevelopment and expansion opportunities across Canada.  In her career, Christine has obtained land use entitlements and managed the development of more than 4.5million square feet of retail, commercial and industrial space.

Prior to joining Morguard,  Christine was Vice President of Development at SmartCentres' and was at the forefront of SmartCentres’ efforts to transform key real estate assets from retail only to mixed-use communities.  Christine graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Major in Real Estate & Housing) and has 18 years of real estate development and related experience.
